The Official Shop of the PWHL is committed to ensuring fans are satisfied with their gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
